 Dr. Schoettler and her husband are long-time residents of the South Bay, with two children who have grown up on the Palos Verdes Peninsula as avid soccer players. Before she became a "soccer mom", Dr. Schoettler was a competitive figure skater, amateur artist and pianist.  Her favorite pastimes are reading, photography, and playing ball with Angel and Bear, her family's black lab and golden retriever.
